Background Check Application Payment

CENTURY 21 At The Shore Realty uses Tenant Safe, Inc. to provide our Landlords with a comprehensive background check of potential tenants for their properties.

This Residential Screening process includes a consumer credit report, employment & residential verification, eviction history, landlord judgements, and criminal check.

Payment for this service must accompany the application form which may be obtained from a Rental Agent at CENTURY 21 At The Shore Realty. The fees for this service are $59.00 each for single applicants and $79.00 for a married couple. Payment must be made in the form of cash or certified funds.

For the convienence of our clients, we now have the ability to collect the funds for this service via credit card (see below). Please note that there is a $5.00 service fee for payment with your credit card which will be billed directly and shown as shipping charges.

DO NOT MAKE THIS PAYMENT until you have spoken with a CENTURY 21 At The Shore Rental Agent and have completed and returned the application paperwork.

 
Single Applicants, note you can process from 1 to 6 applicant payments with this transaction.
 
Married Applicants, note you can only process 1 Married Couple payment with this transaction.
