Community Events March / April 2009

April 4th-- CENTURY 21 At The Shore is holding a Community Food Drive to assist the Morning Star Church in stocking its shelves with non-perishable foods for local needy families. Please drop by 9am-5pm to make a donation and join in on the festivities as we celebrate spring with a visit from the Easter Bunny. Hope to see you there!

April 23rd-- CENTURY 21 At The Shore is holding an educational seminar at the Berkeley Library from 7-8:30pm entitled, 'Stop Foreclosure.' In this market it is all too common that those who find themselves behind on their mortgage assume the reactive position and eventually loose their home. We are hoping to educate those who are experiencing hard times and are stuck in the panic mode to be proactive and use all the options available to them to take full control of their situation. Unfortunately, time doesn't stand still, and, the longer one waits, the less control one has over a looming foreclosure situation.

A Real Estate Associate from CENTURY 21 At The Shore, along with Real Estate Attorney, Kristen Johnson, Licensed Mortgage Banker with Alliance Financial Network, Dan Palumbo, will provide information on all solutions and options available and answer questions from the audience. We want the participants to leave feeling empowered and knowing that there is an alternative to the situation they found themselves in.
